The Director, Enterprise, Brand & Partnerships Marketing - Asia Pacific (APAC) brings to life the unique customer promise of the Hilton master brand and the key value proposition of Hilton’s portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional brand building initiatives, multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns and customer experience designed to drive business results.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise, Brands, Digital & Marketing Operations - APAC, you will be an important voice of APAC in the global development and steer key marketing initiatives across Enterprise, Brands and Partnerships Marketing, working across multi-functional teams to ensure that critical regional market nuisances / needs are captured and addressed upstream.
Through a deep understanding of consumer insights and business results, you will contribute to developing and refining our Hilton master brand customer promise, shaping the brand building model and narrative, identifying new ways to meaningfully impact customer and integrated marketing plans for APAC across Enterprise & Brand initiatives. Additionally, you will partner with other Marketing and Loyalty teams within the region build Omni Channel marketing strategies from creative development and execution to media planning and social media. These strategies will not only drive revenue and market share, but also build brand preference and loyalty among existing guests and cultivate and engage new customer segments. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
- Brand Strategy and Campaign Development: Lead purpose-driven marketing campaigns across APAC, with a focus on key markets like India and Japan. Drive integrated marketing strategies that align advertising, media, content, partnerships, influencers, PR, and social channels to deliver brand preference, customer acquisition, and business expansion.
- Brand Equity Management: Enhance and safeguard brand equity by analyzing brand health, consumer insights, and market trends. Identify strategic opportunities to strengthen the brand’s position and ensure campaigns align with audience needs and expectations.
- Creative Strategy and Storytelling: crafting compelling and authentic narratives that resonate with APAC consumers. Ensure creative excellence and consistency across all channels, delivering impactful campaigns. Serve as APAC’s Brand Guardian, maintaining quality and governance across Enterprise and Trading Brands.
- Partnership Marketing & Sponsorship Activation: Manage the activation of strategic partnerships in sports, music, and entertainment, leveraging in-culture opportunities. Manage talent partnerships to amplify the brand’s presence and impact.
- Creative Agencies Management: Manage creative agencies of record to ensure positive relationships and facilitate ground-breaking, world-class work.
- Team Leadership and Development: Nurture top talents and foster a high performing environment that builds a performance-driven, dynamic, highly engaged team.
